REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We are happy to provide full refunds/exchanges for any items that arrive damaged/faulty, providing that this has been reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This can be done by contacting us by email: email@example.com. We may also ask you to provide photographs of the damaged product.
Rami Diaz will cover all costs involved in providing you with a replacement product.
Unfortunately, as all of our items are made to order, we are unable to provide any refunds due to incorrect ordering (wrong size etc.) so please ensure that you take care when placing an order.
If you are wanting to cancel and order, this must be done within 24 hours to ensure that your item can be refunded. Any cancellations after this period, will unfortunately be non-refundable.

All of our items ship to the UK for free using our 'BUDGET' Shipping Method. There are small charges involved to improve the speed of Shipping to either our 'STANDARD' or 'EXPRESS' service.
Types of Shipping:
BUDGET - 2 - 3 Business Days. Royal Mail 2nd Class. No tracking available. Included for FREE on all orders.
STANDARD - 1 - 2 Business Days. Royal Mail 1st Class. No tracking available. £3 Uplift fee.
EXPRESS - 1 Business Day. Royal Mail 24 Service. Tracking included. £7 Uplift fee.
