REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

 

We are happy to provide full refunds/exchanges for any items that arrive damaged/faulty, providing that this has been reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This can be done by contacting us by email: info@ramidiaz.com. We may also ask you to provide photographs of the damaged product.

Rami Diaz will cover all costs involved in providing you with a replacement product.

Unfortunately, as all of our items are made to order and fully personalised, we are unable to provide any refunds after delivery due to the following, so please ensure that you take extra care when placing an order:

  • Incorrect item ordered

  • Incorrect colour ordered

  • Incorrect quantity ordered

  • Unhappy with the design/quality of photo used etc. During the design process, you will be asked to review and approve the design to ensure that you are fully satisfied. Once this has been approved by yourself, your design will be final and will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are wanting to cancel any order, this must be done within 24 hours of ordering/before approving your design with our team, to ensure that your item can be refunded. Any cancellations after this period, will unfortunately be non-refundable.

LOST/UNRECEIVED ITEMS

Any items that become lost in the mail, will become the responsibility of the mail provider used and will not fall under the responsibility of Rami Diaz. We will not be responsible for refunding any items, however we will access this on a case-by-case basis and may organise replacement items where necessary. There is the option to upgrade your delivery to 'tracked' should you have any concerns regarding this.

Rami Diaz will not be responsible for any charges incurred by your card issuer or any third parties.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES

As we use a number of distribution centres around the world, items will be shipped from a number of locations with a number of different shipping methods. The below outlines these in detail.

Please note that the times listed are 'guidelines' and may vary at certain times, due to situations out of our control. Please also note that if your item is being dispatched from a country different to where you are receiving this, delivery times may be longer. We suggest paying for 'tracked' shipping in this situation.
